Jose, Victor and Pablo Paredes escaped from Bolivia to the US with US$ 15 Million defrauded in Bolivia, making it the biggest pyramid fraud perpetrated in Bolivia without legal resolution.  Their victims: Single Mothers, Elderly people that sacrificed their lifetime savings, persons with terminal diseases that can not afford medical treatment anymore; plead for the incarceration of the Paredes siblings gang and the return of their stolen money.
